A foundation in international patent licensing.
Founding partner Gottfried Schüll has spent more than two decades working on the licensing and enforcement of standard-essential patents. His experience includes the MPEG LA and VIA LA programmes for video technologies such as MPEG-2, AVC/H.264 and HEVC/H.265.
His long-standing collaboration with experienced IP litigators brings practical experience of complex patent disputes and the preparation that supports licensing negotiations.
